A digital marketing funnel is a series of steps that a consumer goes through in order to become a customer. These steps typically include awareness, interest, desire, action, and retention. In the desire stage, the consumer develops a strong desire for the product or service. In the action stage, the consumer takes action by purchasing the product or service. And finally, in the retention stage, the company works to retain the customer by providing good customer service and encouraging repeat purchases.
