Terms
- Minimum term: 6 months, then month-to-month with 30 days notice
- 90-day guarantee: Exit penalty-free if no measurable improvement in 90 days
- Performance fee: Paid within 15 days of month close, $250 minimum threshold
- Loyalty lock-in: Cross a tier threshold and you keep your current performance fee rate for 12 months
