The deal

• 15% performance fee on revenue grown above your signed baseline
• Baseline = average of your last 3 full months of Amazon revenue, locked on day one

Terms

• Minimum term: 6 months, then month-to-month with 30 days notice
• 90-day guarantee: Exit penalty-free if no measurable improvement in 90 days
• Performance fee: Paid within 15 days of month close, $250 minimum threshold
• Loyalty lock-in: Cross a tier threshold and you keep your current performance fee rate for 12 months

Out of scope

Photo/video, design, reinstatements, legal, international expansion. Onboarding billed separately at $35/listing ($500 minimum).
